This is not the official Dracula theme. Colors are not the same neither is the package being updated by whoever published this.

Then the theme was modified, if you install from the compressed file and from here you'll see the difference

Consider turning on Accent on Window
Otherwise, there is a line under the tab bar that extends to the Panel Bar, which is not nice.
