Vivaldi Cyberpunk Edition

P.S.: this is a bit of a beta version (my first theme so im new in this), I will try to develop it later, add new icons, improve the appearance. I am open to suggestions and comments (especially if the wallpaper is well matched)

P.S.2: Feel free to edit my theme use wallpaper and icon in your themes and remakes of this theme. There are no copyright restrictions

Version v2 had bugs, so i reupload as a v3 version. Sorry my fault

love the icons and colors, but when using the right side tabs, The text at the bottom in the right is distracting because it's transparent and in the way - easily fixed by editing the theme and changing to a nontransparent tab bar :) So now I use this! Thanks!
