This is the refitted USS Enterprise NCC-1701 seen in Star Trek: The Motion Picture, and the two following films. The colors are based on the new uniforms from the film. Gone are the different colors for different sections, just different colored uniforms. The insignias have different colors for different departments, but there are too many for a theme.
