Very solid theme! The text on the tab sidebar is very easily readable, the settings menu is as well (problem with other dark AMOLED themes). I would say the logo on the start page is a bit distracting, I'd recommend having a separate wallpaper for the start page with an image from inside the SCP foundation (I remember one SCP game had really cool images in the loading screen, could maybe use that) with the SCP logo being in the bottom left corner or something.
