This is the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-F originally created for the Star Trek Online game, which is apparently going to become canon as pictures of it have appeared in the current 3rd season of Star Trek: Picard, and the ship itself is (as of this posting) scheduled to appear. The colors are based on the TNG uniforms, a variation of which are still being used in ST: Picard.
