Vivaldi Commands
For this theme I chose to put the standard vivaldi commands as the background using the colors as a combination for the selection and tabs.

Nice, but here, the bkgnd bleeds into the panel which is not as clean as the displayed image. Is there a special setting to avoid this situation? TIA
