Improved Readability Color Theme, for those with or without Dyslexia (i.e. everyone)

the theme is based off the following research paper: Rello, Luz, and Jeffrey P. Bigham. "Good background colors for readers: A study of people with and without dyslexia." proceedings of the 19th International ACM SIGACCESS Conference on Computers and Accessibility. 2017. https://doi.org/10.1145/3132525.3132546

In summary: "Warm background colors such as Peach, Orange or Yel­low are beneficial for readability, taking into consideration both reading performance and mouse tracking measures." "Also, cool background colors, in particular BlueGrey, Blue, and Green, decreased the text read­ability for both groups"

Of the colors they tested, "Peach," "Orange," & "Yellow" performed the best... but I didn't think the theme looked good when I used the exact ones they did.. :( After playing around a bit, the best alternate colors I was able to find for this theme were "Peach puff (#ffdab9)" & "Canary (#ffff99)."
