A full screen capture from the Explore.org/YouTube livestream of the Brown Bears at Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park, Alaska. Each year dozens of bears gather on the Brooks River, and especially at the falls, to feast on the salmon as they make their annual spawning run. This is the eleventh year the livestream has been available. This image is of bear 128 Grazer, a female who has emancipated her two cubs from the last three and a half years. Image was captured July 7th, 2023.
