Neon Glow
The goal was to create icons with a blue neon glow. I designed all the icons from scratch myself, but because I suck at creating wallpapers, I had an image generator do it for me - the wallpaper is square, so it can also be used in vertical monitors. I had fun creating some tweaks in the icons like the Vivaldi new version update icon being animated, for example. NOTE: This is my first theme ever. So comments are very much appreciated!

Whoa! This is amazing!
The only thing I would change is the spam mail icon. Not a huge fan of having text in the icon itself.
this looks great. fresh, modern, different. very good! I guess the mail icons were a bit on the backburner when creating this theme though? Looks terrific for everything else though, 5 stars.
Hi.
Loving the look of the theme! However, I noticed that my laptop ran extremely hot recently, traced it down to this theme, and specifically the icons. I instantly get over 15% CPU usage, spiking to > 50% with some tabs open, when I switch to this theme. Disabling "use icons" makes it go down to normal levels (0-2% CPU use with no tabs) instantly.
